Welcome to the Table
Everyone has a place.
Pull up a chair.
If you’re here, you’re already part of the story.
Tribal-ology began with a simple question:
What makes people feel like they belong?
I’m an anthropologist at heart, a massage therapist by profession, and a lifelong student of people. Through history, faith, food, migration, archaeology, language, wellness, and shared stories, I’ve become fascinated by the invisible things we carry.
Some are beautiful.
Traditions.
Recipes.
Songs.
Rituals.
Languages.
Faith.
Others are heavier.
Generational fears.
Shame.
Loss.
Silence.
Invisible luggage.
Every one of us carries both.
This is a place to explore what we inherit, what we choose to keep, and what we can lovingly set down.
You’ll find field notes, conversations, interviews, research, stories, and reflections gathered along the journey.
Most of all, you’ll find an open invitation.
Everyone has a place at the table.
Whether you come with questions, wisdom, grief, joy, curiosity, or simply a longing to belong…
Pull up a chair.
We’re glad you’re here.
❤️ Lord, call those You have chosen to sit at this table, and help us to love and see each other well.
