Tribal-ology is an ongoing field study of human belonging.
Through field notes, conversations, travel, archeology, history, faith, food, language, and shared experiences, this project explores one enduring question:
What makes people feel like they belong?
Rather than offering easy answers, Tribal-ology gathers observations from the road – from museum galleries and hiking trails to dinner tables and ancient ruins – looking for the threads that connect us across cultures and generations.
Every field note is another stop on the expedition.
You’re invited to come along.
